We have received over 300 files so far, but received quite a few requests for extension––of course we want to do all we can to help you submit and get into this video!
For those of you who have submitted already, THANK YOU for your diligence and I’m thrilled to be putting this together…starting TODAY!!! And for those of you needing extra time, HERE YA GO! We want you to be a part of this!

GREEN SCREEN SET-UP PHOTOS.
Thanks to those of you who have shared your “behind the scenes” photos of your recording set-up. If you’d like to share yours, please include it in an email to admin@globalcelloproject.com and I may use it in a future “how to” video for the project. Please also let me know in your email that you would be happy for me to use your photo in training or promotional material for the GCP and keep in mind that it may end up on the website!! Thanks.

An editing session with Tony!
As those of you who have been a part of the project before will know, during the editing process I like to run live stream editing sessions. These tend to be on Facebook rather than zoom and they can be at very short notice and random times - I try to fit them into my schedule whenever I can! So keep an eye out for emails and facebook announcements. I’d love to have your company as I work through the next stage of the process, so do tune in and have a look at each of these videos come together!!

As mentioned on the last live session, hosted by Rowan, a special one-off discussion looking at the history, structure, and musical themes of Beethoven’s wonderful work. Just how does Beethoven turn such a simple tune into the magnificent movement we know and love?In this session we will have a look at the score and listen to the original version, and there will be plenty of time for questions too.
So yeah….If you haven’t yet recorded - it’s time to get a move on!! Please be in touch if you need more time.
